Apex Advisors is a Specialty Tax Incentives firm. Apex identifies and performs Research and Development Tax Credits for clients who employ creatives (engineers, programmers, developers, etc.) or other employees who overcome technical uncertainties. The R&D credit is used to help offset the labor cost of keeping jobs in the United States. In addition to analyzing qualified activities, and performing credit studies, Apex also provides audit defense for the studies it performs.
Additionally, Apex provides Employee Retention Credit Services, via payroll tax credits, for employers who were negatively impacted financially during 2020 and 2021 compared to 2019.
